NLP Visits Zamboanga Sibugay

Led by Director Cesar Gilbert Q. Adriano, the National of the Philippines visited the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay and some of its municipalities to campaign for the establishment of public libraries within their communities. Visited LGUs were the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay and Municipalities of Ipil, Titay, and Naga. The group were warmly accommodated by Gov.
