Notice to all Depositors and Publishers

As part of our ongoing commitment to streamlining services and improving the efficiency of legal deposit processing at the National Library of the Philippines (NLP), please be informed that effective July 1, 2025, the issuance of Certificates of Legal Deposit (CLD) will be discontinued. In accordance with Presidential Decree No. 812, Section 2(a), all depositors will instead receive an Acknowledgment Receipt (AR), which will be sent via email within three (3) working days from the date of complete submission of deposited publications.
