Librarians from the selected government agencies were hailed as the winners for the Professionals Category who competed against the Librarians of the selected Public Libraries.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE 33rd LISM OPENING CEREMONIES
Earlier today, the National Library of the Philippines led the Opening Ceremonies of the 33rd Library and Information Services Month with the theme, LETS Libraries: Learning, Empowering and Strengthening Society through Libraries.
The celebration started with the ribbon cutting and launching of the Exhibit featuring the Filipino literary collections and award-winning Children’s Book of the country. This is in partnership with the Vibal Publishing Group represented by the Vibal Marketing Head, Ms. Rio B. Lim. The exhibit will be at the NLP 2nd Floor Lobby until 29 November 2023.
