Advisory: NLP Closed on November 27

‼️ 𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 ‼️ The #NationalLibraryPH and Sentro ng Karunungan Library will be 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗗 on Monday, November 27, 2023, in commemoration of the 160th birth anniversary of Gat. Andres Bonifacio. This is in accordance with Proclamation No. 90, which designates Bonifacio Day as a regular holiday on November 27, 2023, instead of November 30. All operations and reading room services will resume Tuesday, November 28, 2023.

Exploratory Meeting to Strengthen Library Services in BARMM

On November 15, 2023, NLP Director Cesar Gilbert Q. Adriano met with Hon. Almarim C. Tillah, Presidential Adviser on Muslim Affairs with Sultanate of Sulu Princess Merriam Kiram, President of United World Foundation, Inc., and Hamza E. Tillah, Executive Assistant III. The National Library of the Philippines (NLP) participated in the conduct of the Fourth Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill 2023, spearheaded by the Office of Civil Defense PH (OCD), held at 9:00 AM today, 9 November 2023.
