Operations at the National Library of the Philippines (NLP) and the Sentro ng Karunungan Library (SKL) will be SUSPENDED tomorrow, 25 July 2025, due to continuous rainfall brought about by the Southwest Monsoon and Tropical Storms Dante and Emong. This suspension is in accordance with the announcement issued by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).

Operations at the National Library of the Philippines and the Sentro ng Karunungan Library (SKL) will be SUSPENDED tomorrow, 24 July 2025, due to the effects of the Southwest Monsoon and the onset of Tropical Storm Emong. This is in line with Memorandum Circular No. 91 issued by the Office of the President.

In light of the ongoing heavy rainfall brought about by the Southwest Monsoon, operations at the National Library of the Philippines (NLP) and the Sentro ng Karunungan Library (SKL) will be SUSPENDED tomorrow, 22 July 2025. The NLP Continuity Core Team and Incident/Emergency Response Team (CCT-IERT) undergo training with the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) to strengthen their emergency preparedness and response capabilities.
