From February 17-21, 2025, the National Library of the Philippines visited its affiliated public libraries in the Province of Misamis Oriental and City of Cagayan de Oro to support Local Government Units (LGUs) in enhancing public library services for their constituents. Representing NLP were Mr. Chad Aren E. Diaz and Ms. Vida Dorea P. Mendoza from the Public Libraries Division. This visit also enabled NLP to conduct a site visit at Chali Resort and Conference Center as part of the preparations for the 2025 National Conference of Public Libraries.

The National Library of the Philippines proudly joins the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and the entire nation in celebrating National Arts Month (NAM) 2025, in accordance with Presidential Proclamation No. 683, s. 1991.
