INS-POAS Server Maintenance
The International Standard Numbering Systems-Philippines Online Application Systems (INS-POAS) will be suspended from 14-17 April 2022 for Server Maintenance.
Application for ISBN, ISSN and ISMN will resume on 18 April 2022.

The National Library of the Philippines (NLP) takes pride in giving the Filipino people free access to some of the rare books that were already translated to English in eBook format.
These INCUNABULA eBooks are produced to provide the public with immediate and extensive access to NLP’s rare collections, valuable for research and scholarly work. This translation was made possible through the funding granted by the National Commission on Culture and the Arts (NCCA) in 2009 and was implemented in 2010.
Philippine Incunabula are the first books printed from 1593 until 1640.

NLP Half-Day Work Suspension on April 13
The National Library of the Philippines will implement a half-day work suspension on 13 April 2022 from 12:00 noon onwards to give its employees more time to prepare for the observance of Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.
NLP operations and services will resume on Monday, 18 April 2022.
