Siya ay ipinanganak sa Talaga, Tanauan, Batangas noong ika-23 ng Hulyo, taong 1864. As the nation waits for the first State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. today, the National Library of the Philippines features an online photo exhibit on the cleaning and repair of the Bible used during the Presidential Inauguration last 30 June 2022. It is the same Bible used by his father, former President Ferdinand E. Marcos, who took his oath on two Bibles on 30 December 1965.
