February is National Arts Month!

The National Library of the Philippines proudly joins the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and the entire nation in celebrating National Arts Month (NAM) 2025, in accordance with Presidential Proclamation No. 683, s. 1991.

With the theme “ANI NG SINING, DIWA AT DAMDAMIN,” NAM 2025 honors the expressions of beauty that dwell within the spirit and passion of the nation. It is a testament that our creativity springs forth from the diwa (spirit) and damdamin (passion) of our people.
