The National Library of the Philippines (NLP) and the Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental through the Misamis Oriental Provincial Library (MOPL), in partnership with the Philippine Librarians Association Inc. – Northern Mindanao Librarians Regional Council (PLAI-NMRLC) will conduct the 2025 National Conference of Public Libraries with the theme β€œPublic Libraries in Action: A Blueprint for an Empowered Community” on 17-20 March 2025 in Chali Resort and Conference Center, Cagayan de Oro City.
