Bibliographic Services

Bibliographic Services is one of the technical divisions of NLP which primarily serves to:

• Maintain an up-to-date Philippine National Bibliography and a National Union Catalog

• Serve as the National Center for the International Standard Numbering systems (International Standard Serial Number (ISSN), International Standard Book Number (ISBN) and International Standard Music Number (ISMN));

• Prepare bibliographies and indexes of the NLP’s serial holdings.
