The #11thCYYAL brought together professionals, educators, and enthusiasts from the library and education sectors to explore the latest trends, challenges, and best practices in serving the needs of children and young adults through library services. Plenary Sessions explore innovative ways to encourage reading habits among children and young adults, such as storytelling, book clubs, and digital resources. One of the highlights in 11th CCYAL is the awarding of the 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 of the year and 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲. The much awaited book signing and ‘meet the author’ event was successfully conducted earlier today, 10 October 2023 at Epifanio delos Santos Auditorium of the National Library of the Philippines.
