Today, the National Library of the Philippines joins the whole nation in commemorating the 125th anniversary of the martyrdom of our national hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal. NLP is closed today in accordance with Proclamation No. 1107, s. 2021 (https://www.officialgazette.gov.ph/2021/02/26/proclamation-no-1107-s-2021/). Library services and office operations will resume tomorrow, 31 December 2021. The Network of Emerging Filipino Library Innovators (NEFLI) has been selected as one of the finalists in the Government Best Practice Recognition (GBPR) organized by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP).
