In its 34th year, the Manila International Book Fair (MIBF), held at the SMX Convention Center, MOA, launched its annual activities which started from September 15 up to September 18, 2022. The Collection Development Division (CDD) Chief, Ms. Melody M. Madrid, attended the first day and the MIBF Ribbon Cutting ceremonies together with other CDD staff.
