The objectives of the conference are: 1) to determine the structure and institutionalization of digital libraries and the vital role of librarians in meeting the regional integration; 2) to know the progress of the Philippines in performing its commitments in the ASEAN 2015, particularly the transformation of library services in compliance to the requirements of regional solidarity and integration; 3) to increase appreciation of the benefits and being part of the ASEAN Community; and, 4) to understand the idea of regional integration that the librarians and libraries of today need to know.
