Ms. Dimasaca Elected as a Member of the ISBD Review Group

CONGRATULATIONS!

Ms. Jennifer B. Dimasaca, OIC of the Bibliographic Services Division of the National Library of the Philippines, has been elected as a member of the 2021-23 ISBD Review Group. Being a unit under the Advisory Committee on Standards of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA),the main objective of the ISBD Review Group is to maintain the International Standard Bibliographic Description (ISBD), which is intended to serve as a principal standard to promote universal bibliographic control, to make universally and promptly available, in a form that is internationally acceptable, basic bibliographic data for all published resources in all countries. Ms. Dimasaca will be participating in ISBD meetings during her term, together with other elected members from other nations.
