On 15-19 August 2022, the National Library of the Philippines, through the Public Libraries Division, conducted a Seminar-Workshop on Policy Development and Advocacy for the Philippine Public Library Leaders’ Conversation (PPLLC).
The National Library of the Philippines (NLP) is very grateful to the donated print resources of the National Museum of the Philippines (NMP) last 11 August 2022 in celebration of the 135th Founding Anniversary of both agency with its establishment on 12 August 1887 as Museo-Biblioteca de Filipinas.
Ang Pambansang Aklatan ng Pilipinas nakikiisa sa buong bansa sa paggunita ng ika-39 na taong anibersaryo ng kamatayan ni dating Senador Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino, Jr. ngayong araw. Alinsunod sa Batas Republika Blg. 9256, kinikilala ang ika-21 ng Agosto ng bawat taon bilang “Ninoy Aquino Day” bilang paggunita sa anibersaryo ng kanyang kamatayan.
