VIRTUAL EDUCATIONAL TOUR

Even distant library patrons can now experience the offered library tour service of the #NationalLibraryPH through its 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫. The first-ever online library tour of NLP provided an immersive experience, unraveling the institution’s history and showcasing its precious treasures.
A group of Library and Information Science students, with Ms. Jenny M. Azurin, Part time Lecturer of Cagayan State University-Carig Campus were the first batch who experienced the offered virtual tour of NLP last 22 January 2024.
During the tour they were able to learn about the history of the NLP and the treasures that it preserve. The tour was even made more educational through the presentation of Ms. Maricel M. Diaz, Asst. Chief of Filipiniana Division who added depth to the educational adventure by sharing insights into the NLP’s preservation and conservation efforts.
