The National Library of the Philippines (NLP), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the Subscription and Delivery of Various print Local Newspapers, Journal and Magazines for NLP (LOT ITEM bidding) through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
