The NLP and the Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Pangasinan Provincial Library (PPL), in partnership with the Association of Pangasinan Public Librarians, Inc. (APPLI), the Philippine Association of School Librarians, Inc. (PASLI), and the ASEAN Public Libraries Information Network (APLiN) will conduct the 8th International Conference on Children and Young Adults Librarianship (8th ICCYAL) with the theme “ICYMI: Libraries and Community are Co-Partners in Advancing Exemplary Children and Young Adults Library Services!” on 01-04 October 2024 at Sison Auditorium, Lingayen, Pangasinan.
