SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
NEWSPAPERS IN REEL FORMAT FOR NLP
In view of the two (2) failed bidding, the National Library of the Philippines (NLP) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiated bidding for the
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NEWSPAPERS IN REEL FORMAT FOR NLP with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Seven Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP775,500.00). Bidding will be through Line Item Bidding. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The following minimum eligibility and technical documents as well as the Financial Proposal Form/Bid Form (Annex B) shall be submitted on or before February 23, 2015 10:00AM at the Catalog Division 4th Floor, NLP Bldg.
a. Accomplished Financial Proposal Form/Bid Form
b. Tax Clearance;
c. Latest Income Tax and Business Tax Returns; and
d. Certificate of PhilGEPS Registration.
February 23, 2015 11:00AM after the deadline of submission of bids at Auditorium 4th Floor, NLP Bldg.. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Members, TWG Members and bidders or authorized representatives who choose to attend the activity. Late Bids shall not be accepted..
The NLP reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
