19 Newly affiliated Barangay Reading Centers of Midsayap, Cotabato received the resources allocation on 6 December 2022 at the National Library of the Philippines. Delegates of the 2nd Southeast Asian Librarians Leadership Convergence visited the National Library of the Philippines on 15 December 2022 as part of their library tour in selected Manila libraries.
