The National Library of the Philippines (NLP), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the Lease of Venue for Hotel Accommodation and Banquet Package for FY 2023 Capacity Building (LOT ITEM bidding) o through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
