National Library of the Philippines (NLP) believes in the importance of reading in the development of Filipino Children and young adults. Thus, on July 18, 2006 Children’s Section (CS) was established which aims to promote love for books and reading. This Section offers access services to resources in all formats, reading promotion activities and other related services for the promotion of reading among children.
