On September 7, 2022, Ms. Melody M. Madrid, Chief of the Collection Development Division, attended the Book Launch of “Ensayo de una sintesis de los trabajos realizados por las corporaciones religiosas españolas de Filipinas (Essay of a synthesis of the works accomplished by the Spanish Religious corporations in the Philippines), Vols. 1 & 2 by Fr. Valentin Morales Marin, O.P. and edited by Fr. Angel Aparicio, O.P. 

Representatives from different institutions and schools were also invited to witness the launching of the two-volume Spanish-English bilingual edition book which explains what occurred throughout 1521 to 1898 Spanish period and explains the contributions of the Spanish religious corporations to the Philippines

All participants received a copy of the two-volume book published by the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Press launched at the Senior High School Library, Blessed Giorgio Frassati Building, University of Santo Tomas, España, Manila.
