Basic Workshop on Sign Language

𝐓𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐘 | The #NationalLibraryPH will host a “𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲” organized by the NLP Persons with Disabilities Committee in celebration of National Disability Rights Week from July 17-23, 2024. The activity will focus on various aspects of the library’s front-line services, including readership and library assistance. It aims to provide NLP employees and selected NCR public librarians with essential knowledge of sign language, basic vocabulary, common phrases, and an introduction to deaf culture.
