By virtue of Proclamation No. 563, s. 1959 declaring every 9th of March as 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘆, the National Library of the Philippines, together with all public libraries and barangay reading centers nationwide, will celebrate the 65th Public Library Day with the theme: “𝙄𝙠𝙖𝙬, 𝘼𝙠𝙤, 𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙠𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙣: 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙩 𝘼𝙣𝙞𝙢𝙣𝙖𝙥𝙪’𝙩 𝙇𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙖𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙣𝙖𝙣.” Ang tema ng ating selebrasyon ay umiikot sa pagtutugunan at kooperasyon ng tatlong mahahalang institusyon sa pagpapalago ng mga pampublikong aklatan – ang Pambansang...
