PICTURE BOOK LAUNCHES TO PROMOTE ROAD SAFETY AWARENESS
In an effort to educate children about the importance of road safety, a new picture book has been launched, aiming to instill essential knowledge and skills among students. Titled “๐๐ป๐ด ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฎ๐น๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฎ: ๐ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ถ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ,” is a project of the NLEX-SCTEX in collaboration with UNICEF, Department of Education, Department of Transportation and Department of Interior and Local Government in championing the rights of the children by ensuring a safe road and community for them.

FIRE PREVENTION MONTH
๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต was declared as “๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ต” by virtue of Proclamation No. 115-A, s.1966 which promotes consciousness about safety and accident prevention. On the other hand, Proclamation No. 360, s.1989 proclaimed this month as “๐ฝ๐ช๐ง๐ฃ ๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐ฉ๐” that disseminates campaigns on burn prevention and to enhance education in all phases of burn cases.
