NLP Director Cesar Gilbert Q. Adriano gave an inspirational message at the 5th Association Librarians in Public Sector (ALPS), Inc. National Convention with the theme “Future Proofing Public Libraries: Maximizing Opportunities and Elevating Productivity” held at Sugarland Hotel, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. The convention was also attended by Ms. Blesila Velasco, Chief, and Ms. Rhodora Valdez, Librarian IV of Public Libraries Division, Public Librarians, Library OICs, and Local Chief Executives. The 5th ALPS National Convention is from June 21-23, 2023.
