Pasig City Library Tour

The National Library of the Philippines would like to extend its appreciation to the librarians and staff of the Pasig City Library who visited today, 7 February 2023 for a guided library tour and NLP services benchmarking. NLP Technical services provided a brief discussion and an overview of the services offered by the Bibliographic Services Division and the Catalog Division. Project L.A.R.A. (Library Affiliation and Resource Allocation) Kicks Off

The NLP Team composed of officials and staff from the Public Libraries Division, Collection Development Division, and the Information Technology Division conducted an onsite inspection in the municipalities of the Province of Aurora on 21-24 February 2023 for the presentation and assessment of the requirements for the establishment and affiliation of public libraries, as well as the library resource allocation process to newly affiliated and established public libraries.
