This Bid Bulletin is hereby issued to clarify, modify or amend items in Bid Documents. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents. Amendments are as follows:
The Prebid Conference Schedule has been postpone due to no quorum of the Members of the Bids and Awards Committee.
Due to the revised schedule of the Prebid Conference, the schedule of the Opening of Bids be also move. Base on GPPB timeline the Pre-bid conference shall be held at least twelve (12) calendar days before the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids.
