Convention of Provincial Libraries in the Philippines

Day 2 of the 4th Convention of Provincial Libraries in the Philippines at Puerto de San Juan Beach Resort Hotel.

Bearing the theme, Nock. Draw. Loose., the program is a 3-day face-to-face convention of provincial librarians and OICs in the Philippines aimed to empower participants in asserting the importance of their roles and responsibilities in giving information through library services to their respective communities.
