The National Library of the Philippines (NLP) joined the annual โ๐ง๐ฎ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐น ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฐโ held in Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City last December 7-8, 2024. The Reading Festival was spearheaded by the National Central Library in Taipei, Taiwan, integrates reading promotion with the natural ecology, strengthens the connection between reading and life, sustain the reading promotion momentum accumulated over the years, using a positive and innovative way to show the diverse styles of reading, and connecting with people all over the country.
The #NationaLibraryPH booth, named โ๐ฆ๐๐ผ๐ฝ, ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑโ, showcased the Rizaliana collections like the facsimile copies of Noli Me Tangere, El Filibusterismo, and the Monkey and the Turtle. The booth also highlighted the NLPโs services, like virtual tours and childrenโs activities drawing interest from both local families and international visitors.
