National Heritage Month (NHM) 2024

The National Library of the Philippines joins the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and the whole nation as we Champion Heritage and celebrate the month of May as National Heritage Month in accordance with Presidential Proclamation No. 439.

“Championing Heritage: Capacity Building to Transform Communities,” the National Heritage Month (NHM) 2024 official theme honors the labors of our cultural workers and advocates who have been striving to connect with various indigenous people (IP) communities and help them boost their ingenuity and creativity to the mainstream media.
