Ms. Ginalene M. Magallano, Administrative Officer V, Property Section, FAD and Mr. Karl William C. Panisan, Administrative Aide IV (Clerk II), Monitoring and Evaluation Section, PLD were welcomed cordially by the Quezon Public Librarians. Mr. Panisan facilitated the discussion by giving updates of each section of the Public Libraries Division, while Ms. Magallano led the issuance of Property Transfer Reports (PTRs) to each library for signing. Concerns and queries of public librarians / officers-in-charge were addressed during the meeting.
