The National Library of the Philippines (NLP), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the Supply and Delivery of 4-channel simplified Voice Message with option Base, and PRI 30-Channel Card (LOT ITEM bidding) through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
