The National Library of the Philippines (NLP), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the Procurement of Transportation of Assorted Library Materials to be Allocated to Affiliated Municipal Libraries in the Province of Aurora (LOT ITEM bidding) through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
