OUTstanding: Libraries Beyond Boundaries.” This year’s celebration focuses on our libraries’ vision of working beyond boundaries with our stakeholders to encourage and develop more interest for the love of reading and excitement for books, as a fun and enjoyable way to spend quality time with our family members and achieve lifelong learning skills.
