The National Library of the Philippines (NLP), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the Procurement of Service Provider for the Participants of Orientation and Initial Allocation of Library Resources of NLP’s Affiliated Public Libraries of NLP (Batch 2) (LOT ITEM bidding) through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
