2021 Top Performing Library in the Philippines (Provincial Category)

CONGRATULATIONS!

BULACAN PROVINCIAL LIBRARY was awarded as 2021 Top Performing Library in the Philippines (Provincial Category). This award recognized its outstanding performance in library services serving 375, 628 clients (physical and online users). 

Director Cesar Gilbert Q. Adriano with Ms. Blesila P. Velasco and Karl William Panisan awarded the Certificate of Recognition to Dr. Eliseo S. Dela Cruz, Head of the Provincial History, Arts, Culture and Tourism Office (PHACTO); Ms. Mary Arlene DG. Torres, Head of the History and Heritage Division; Mr. Marlo A. Hipolito, Provincial Librarian; Ms. Cyrille Ann Dela Cruz, Library Program Coordinator; and, Mr. Edwin Cajucom, Administrative Aide II.
