𝟭𝟴-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽

The National Library of the Philippines conducted a 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝟴-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻.

Facilitated by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗮𝗴, 𝗣𝗖𝗪-𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿, together with the NLP Gender and Development Committee, the workshop enlightened the participants about various forms of harassment and how they occur in public service. For the workshop proper, participants were grouped and given harassment cases, where they discussed how to resolve the issues and to whose authority should public servants address such cases.

The whole day seminar-workshop was attended by NLP employees and staff from numerous public libraries nationwide via face-to-face and online modality.
