𝗖𝗗𝗗 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗨𝗠 𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗖𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗡𝗟𝗣 𝗟𝗜𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗟𝗦

The #NationalLibraryPH through the Collection Development Division (CDD), conducted the “𝗖𝗗𝗗 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦’ 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗨𝗠 𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗖𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗡𝗟𝗣 𝗟𝗜𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗟𝗦,’ last 27 June 2023. The forum was attended by representatives of various suppliers and publishing companies offering foreign and Filipiniana print, electronic/multimedia resources, and databases.

The forum aims to inform our stakeholders about the NLP Acquisition and BAC requirements and processes, and information on Legal Deposit which were discussed by Ms. Melody Madrid, Librarian V/Chief, Collection Development Division; Ms. Maricel Diaz, Librarian IV/Assistant Chief, Filipiniana Division and BAC Member; and, Ms. Neriza Oraba, Librarian II, Collection Development Division. Issues and concerns regarding the procurement and delivery of library materials were also discussed and addressed.
