𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗢 𝗝. 𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗥𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗟𝗜𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗔𝗢, 𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗤𝗨𝗘

In line with the mission to promote and enhance the country’s public libraries, Members of Project LARA, a project sponsored by Senator Sonny Angara, and managed by the National Library of the Philippines, presented the Municipal Library of Tibiao with an initial book allocation, contributing to the expansion of their collection and enhancing educational opportunities for the community.

Additionally, in coordination with the Public Libraries Division (PLD), the delegation embarked on a monitoring and affiliation program in Antique Province. The visit aimed to assess the state of various municipal libraries and promote collaboration among public libraries in the country. Distinguished visits were made to the Antique Provincial Library & Local Archives, the Evelio B. Javier Memorial Library of San Jose de Buenavista, the Leocadio Alonsagay Dioso Memorial Public Library of Pandan, and the Sibalom Municipal Library.

A peak during our official visit was the presentation of the Certificate of Affiliation to the Senate President Edgardo J. Angara Community Angara Library of Tibiao, symbolizing their commitment to excellence in library services and the official affiliation of their public library.
