The Philippine Association for Citizens with Development and Learning Disabilities (PACDLD) has, through the years, solidly demonstrated its commitment to advance the cause of people with disabilities, especially the school-age ones. In cooperation with the National Library of the Philippines and the Rotary Club - Makati, an exhibition entitled COLORFUL VOICES, was formally opened on February 6, 2012 at 4PM at the Ground Floor Lobby of NLP which will last until February 17, 2012.
