The NLP, in partnership with the Association of Librarians in Public Sector (ALPS), Inc. and the Provincial Government of Laguna through the Laguna Provincial Library (LPL), will conduct the 𝟭𝟭𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 (11th CCYAL) with the theme: 𝗗𝘂𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗮 𝗧𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗸𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻, 𝗣𝘂𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗮𝗱 𝗻𝗮 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻 on 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟭-𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 at the 𝗦𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘀, 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮.
