NLP Best Practices | In Celebration of Ease of Doing Business Month

The National Library of the Philippines (NLP), through its Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART), conducted a service inspection that highlighted best practices and innovative solutions aligned with the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 (RA 11032).

From streamlined processes to client-centered improvements, the inspection reflects NLP’s commitment to faster, more transparent, and accountable public service.

This initiative supports the nationwide effort for improved government service delivery, in line with the observance of Ease of Doing Business Month celebrated last May.
