The National Library of the Philippines proudly joins Anti-Red Tape Authority and the entire nation in celebrating the inaugural Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month, as declared under Presidential Proclamation No. 818, s. 2025.

With the theme From Red Tape to Red Carpet: Better Business Movement in a Bagong Pilipinas, this month-long observance highlights our collective push for a more efficient, transparent, and citizen-friendly government.

By embracing innovation and collaboration, agencies are encouraged to simplify systems, reduce red tape, and make public service more accessible and empowering for every Filipino.

Let’s keep moving forward on the path toward a #BetterBusinessMovement — to create faster, smarter, and more seamless transactions for all.
