The National Library of the Philippines (NLP), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the Supply and Delivery of CSE Not Available in The PS -DBM Catalogue (LINE ITEM bidding) o through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
