The National Library of the Philippines (NLP), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the One Year Preventive Maintenance of Data Center Air Conditioning Units (LOT ITEM bidding) o through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
