Contact Center ng Bayan

The Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) is a feedback mechanism of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) for services provided by the different government agencies. It is part of the implementation of the Republic Act No. 11032, also known as the “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018” and Republic Act No. 9485 or the Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) of 2007.
