In light of the celebration of the 30th Library and Information Services (LIS) Month, the NLP and NCCA-NCLIS launches the Cutest Photo in the Library.

The Contest aims to showcase memorable moments at the library through photos and promote libraries in the Philippines.

GUIDELINES:

  1. ELIGIBILITY
  1. The contest is open to all Filipinos who are residing in the Philippines, except to NLP/ NCCA-NCLIS Secretariat, and their relatives up to the fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity.
  1. ENTRIES
    1. Individual and group entries will be accepted. Each individual / group is only allowed to submit one (1) entry.
    2. Contestant/s will send individual / group photo and describe the photo where it was taken and short description of your library experience.
    3. Entries will be shared by the Committee in the NLP Facebook page.
    4. An Entry Form shall be accomplished by the participants with an attached copy of ID year 2019  or Valid ID and submitted in .pdf format (Please see Annex B for the template)
    5. Entry Form, photo and attached requirements shall be uploaded to http://web.nlp.gov.ph/lis/node/24 on or before November 12, 2020. Filenames shall be in the following format:
      1. Entry Form (CP Last Name First Name)
      2. Photo Entry (CPLast Name First Name)
    6. The Cutest Photo contest will be on November 20, 2020 from 8:00 am to 11:59 pm
    7. Submission of entry constitutes permission granted to NLP to use contestant’s name and entry for purposes of presentation, marketing and promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entries become property of the NLP.

Adherence to the technical requirements and containing elements that are creatively and correctly used (i.e. text, illustrations, etc.)

*The score of audience impact will be based on total number of Hearts and number of Shares on Facebook until November 20, 2020 at 11:59 pm.

 

CONTEST SCHEDULE / TIMELINE

            Entries must be submitted by a representative from November 4 to November 12, 2020.  The contest will be on November 20, 2020 from 8:00am to 11:59 pm.

 

AWARD

  1. There will be three (3) winners of this contest who will receive the following:
    1. 1st Prize – 3,000 + Certificate of Recognition
    2. 2nd Prize – 1,500 + Certificate of Recognition
    3. 3rd Prize –  1,000 + Certificate of Recognition
  1. The list of winners will be posted on the NLP FB Page and website. Winners will be invited to attend the virtual Awarding and Closing ceremonies on November 30, 2020 at 1:30 in the afternoon.
